Terms
Sovereign Valley Supervision is the trading name of Penelope (Penny) Holt, a sole trader, ABN 89 051 387 585.
Sessions
Professional supervision sessions are held online via Microsoft Teams and are approximately 50 minutes to one hour in duration.
Sessions can be booked as a one-off reflective conversation or as part of an ongoing supervision relationship, depending on your needs.
Fees
$120 per session.
If you are a student, volunteer or emerging practitioner and would benefit from a reduced rate, please feel welcome to get in touch. Limited concession places may be available.
Booking
Complete the enquiry form and I will follow up with you by phone or email to discuss your supervision needs and arrange a suitable time for your session.
Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation and Microsoft Teams meeting details.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your supervision session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the full session fee will apply.
I will always seek to approach unexpected circumstances with understanding and discretion.
Confidentiality and referral
All sessions are treated with confidentiality and conducted within the ethical standards and professional requirements of professional supervision.
If it becomes clear that you would benefit from a more specialised form of support, this can be discussed and an appropriate external referral may be recommended.
